SKU: 5String

Just picked up this 5-string electric. No date but seems to be about 15-20 years old. Has the close string spacing of older (and many new) 5-strings. Has a Fender electric violin type pickup (the piezo pickup sits under the bridge, with plastic damping under the pickup), which makes it pretty weak when played acoustically but really kicks butt with great feedback resistance (reducing feedback is the reason for the damping under the pickup). It's a nice instrument...will have more details when I get back from the North Georgia mountains. We will put 5 good fine tuners on it and Perfection Pegs (the Perfect Pegs would be extra...no extra cost for the fine tuners) and some decent strings.
